Pokemon: The Sinnoh Chronicles: Chapter 1

NOTE: A lot of things in this story are true. My name IS Aaron, my sister's name IS Jena. I am not 10, I am 13. All the characteristics of my hair are true. Same thing with my eyes. AND my best friends middle name IS Matthew. And shortened, that is Matt.

PROLOGUE

It was a stormy day as I woke up. I remembered it was an important day, but can't remember WHAT important day it was. Christmas? No, it's July. Halloween? No, that's not for a few months. OH! It's my 10th birthday. And today was no ordinary birthday. Today is the day I start my Pokemon Journey!

Chapter 1. A rude awakining

_____I sat up looking at the wall in front of me. There, I saw my messy desk, covered with drawings of Pokemon. There were at least 10 notebooks I had, FULL of Pokemon drawings.
_____"Aaron, hurry up! You don't want to be late, do you?" My sister, Jena, had appeared at the door. " You have to get to Sandstone town if you want to be on time."
_____"For one thing," I replied, "it's not Sandstone, It's sandgem. And second, I won't be late, it's only..." I glanced at my clock. 9:55. I had to be over in Sandgem at 10:30. "It's only 10:00," I said, "and I won't be late."
_____"Well, you better eat and pack silly!" My sister then dashed out of the doorway, and it appeared she went downstairs.
_____I started to pack my bag. I packed some blank notebooks, and some clothes. I cluched the bag in my right arm, and lazily walked down the steps. I set my bag down, and went into the kitchen. Mom was making pancakes. It looked like strawberry pancakes, with some white stuff at the bottom. Maybe it was powdered sugar. After a minute, I realized it looked like a pokeball. I sat at the table, right in front of my sister. She giggled, and after a minute, pointed at my hair.
_____"Look in the mirror. You hair is funny." I then walked out of the room, and turned into my bathroom. My long, smooth, shiny, brown hair was now a jumbled mess. It reminded me of a Bidoof. I spent a few minutes fixing and combing my hair, so that my hair covered my eyes. But only barely. It went down to the bottom of my nose. I don't like my eyes being seen in public. Everyone says that I have the prettiest shade of blue eyes. It gets annoying after you hear it a lot.
_____"Aaron, your poke- pancakes are done!" my mom cried.
_____"Wheres dad?" I asked.
_____"You know where your father is, Aaron. He's at work, at the Poketch company. Duh" my mom replied. " I just can't believe he can't see you be late on your first day of being a trainer."
_____After comprehending that, I looked at the clock. It was 10:25! I took the pancakes out of my moms hand, and shoved the pancakes in my mouth. I think I set a record for fastsest pancake eater. Then, after taking my things, I rushed out the door, to find my best friend Matt going to Sandgem town.
_____"Wait up!" I cried, as I ran off into the rain.
