Well, actually, you are wrong.
In order to delete a post you must first click on the users 'Edit' button.
Once you do that, you scroll down a little bit and you will see 'Options' if you scroll down a little further it will say 'Delete this Post' you click on that and then it says, 'Are you sure that you want to delete this post?' Click yes and then the post is deleted.

No, hes talking about reporting, not deleting
